Summary
A thermophilic consortium able to reduce in about 1/3 the time of composting green materials, a strain of Bacillus subtilis S59D able to deconstruct feathers keratin producing essential aa in fish diet at a high rate and a strain of Bacillus mycoides s102A able to hydrolyse whey proteins producing a peptide with trambolytic activity.The project aims to perform 3 proves of concept in the use of each bacterium for the production of compost
